1. Who we are

This website is operated by SARITA SCRUBS INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO DE CONFECCOES LTDA., Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 37.887.534/0001-91, headquartered at R Jorge Severiano, 871-A, Vila União, Fortaleza, CE, 60420-180, Brazil ("Sarita Scrubs", "we"). We manufacture and sell uniforms, scrubs and apparel. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, "LGPD").

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the quote form or contacting us by e-mail or phone: name, phone number, product of interest, quantity and order details. When the message is sent by e-mail, we also receive your e-mail address.

No account is required to browse the website. The provider hosting the website may log technical access data (IP address, browser type, date and time) for security and infrastructure purposes.

3. How we use the data

• To reply to your quote request or question (steps prior to a contract, LGPD art. 7, V);
• To prepare and follow up on orders, deadlines and deliveries (performance of a contract);
• To issue tax documents when a purchase takes place (legal obligation);
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest);
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send promotional messages without your consent.

4. Sharing

Your data may be shared only with service providers needed to fulfil the order (such as carriers, payment services and the hosting and e-mail provider) and with public authorities when required by law or court order. These providers receive only the data needed for their role and are bound to protect it.

5. Cookies

This website does not use its own tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies required for the technical operation of the hosting may exist, and they do not identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your browsing.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose of collection: messages and quotes that do not result in an order are kept for up to 12 months; data linked to orders and tax documents is kept for the period required by Brazilian tax and consumer law. At the end of these periods the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may, at any time, request confirmation that your data is being processed, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to contato@saritascrubs.health. We reply within 15 business days.

If you believe your rights were not respected, you may file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

8. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the contact mailbox and control over who can view orders. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so please do not send sensitive data through the form unless it is needed for the quote.

9. International transfer and external links

The website and the contact mailbox may be hosted on servers of international providers. In such cases the transfer takes place under the conditions of LGPD art. 33 and with contractual safeguards providing an equivalent level of protection. This website may contain links to third-party pages, which have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for data processing carried out outside this website.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version, with the date of the last update, will always be available on this page. Relevant changes will be highlighted here.
